Do you offer complimentary breakfast?
Yes. Breakfast is available daily from 7:00am to 10:30am at our Melissa Restaurant.
Are room service orders charged separately?
Yes, all room service requests come with additional charges based on the order.
What is your check-in time?
Check-in begins at 2:00pm, and rooms are subject to availability upon arrival.
What is your check-out time?
Check-out is 12:00 noon. This applies to all check-ins that occur before 6:00am as well.
Is there a fee for late check-out?
Late check-out after 1:00pm attracts 50% of the room rate.
Late check-out after 3:00pm attracts 100% of the room rate.
Do I need to pay in advance to secure my booking?
Yes. Full payment is required to guarantee room availability.
What happens if I don’t show up?
A no-show fee equal to 100% of the first night’s rate will be charged.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before arrival will attract 100% of the room rate.
Are banned substances allowed on the property?
No. Weed smoking and all government-prohibited substances are not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Are the room rates fixed?
Rates are subject to change without prior notice based on seasonal adjustments and hotel policies.
What if my POS transaction declines?
The hotel is not responsible for POS decline issues. Please contact your bank for assistance with declined transactions.
